Kings Struarchural, Inc. is a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) licensed with the Texas State Board of Professional Engineers and incorporated in Texas. It was founded in 2011 by Patrick Asiedu, P.E.

Kings Struarchural, Inc. is currently certified by the City of Austin, The South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency, the Texas Department of Transportation and the state of Texas, as:

 AABE, DBE, DIBE, ESBE, HUB, MBE, SBE & VBE.

The firm is also registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), the Official U.S. Government of consolidated capabilities, with government Cage Code:6VFQ0.

It operates under the leadership of Patrick Asiedu, P.E. who serves as the CEO/President of the firm. Patrick has a bachelor's degree from The University of Science and Technology; a master's degree in Structural Engineering from Old Dominion University; a master of business administration from the Keller Graduate school of Management.
